Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 27, 1991, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for habitual gambling at the Incheon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive around that time. On July 16, 1992, the Defendant was sentenced to a 15-year imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul High Court for robbery, etc. and completed the execution of the final sentence on December 16, 2007.
The Defendant, without having an intention to marry with B, who is a Vietnam female woman, had B enter into marriage with B with the intent to have B acquire a visa staying in Korea.
1. Around January 2010, the Defendant conspired with C and B to receive money from the Defendant’s office located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, in collusion with C and B. Around January 2010, the Defendant received money from the broker C in the absence of intention to marry with B. Around January 201, the Defendant made a marriage report with the Defendant and submitted it to Jongno-gu
Accordingly, the Jongno-gu Office and the public official in charge of family register who is aware of the fact of marriage with B was entered in the defendant's family register computer network.
Accordingly, the defendant made a false report to a public official, and made a false record on the family register computer network, which is the same electronic records as the original of a notarial deed.
2. In collusion with C and B, the Defendant had Jongno-gu Office keep a computer network of the above family register recorded false facts as above and exercised it.
3. Around May 1, 2012, the Defendant conspiredd with B, at the Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-si Do-si Do-si, Seocheon-si, Do-si, and even though the Do-si Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-dong Do-si was born between Vietnamese and B, the Defendant prepared a birth report and submitted it to the above Do-dong
Accordingly, the public official in charge of the report of birth of the community service center who is unaware of the fact shall report the birth of the F to the Supreme Court's family register network that the F is born between the defendant and B.
