Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 11, 2012, at around 11:49, the Defendant interfered with the business, at the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, drinked with F along with F, and took the bath with one another with a large interest, and broken down the soft on the bottom of the floor.

Accordingly, when the victim solicits the Defendant and F to calculate and return the drinking value, the Defendant expressed the victim’s pactacy with the big interest of “Chewing string,” and the F expressed her employee the pactacy with the big interest of “Chewing gue”, thereby preventing the customer from entering the restaurant at the same time by avoiding the disturbance.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with F, interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

2. The Defendant spited obstruction of performance of official duties and violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, and the victim H (the age of 45) in the situation where the G District in the Seocho Police Station G District, which was dispatched upon D’s report, proposed the Defendant and F to pay the drinking value and return home while avoiding disturbance as set forth in Paragraph 1. The Defendant spited the victim, stating that “I am the police, I am the dog, I am the dog,” and the Defendant spited the victim, stating that “I am the victim, I am the victim’s fat, I am the victim’s fat, and assaulted the chest by cutting the victim’s fat by hand.”

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with F, interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the prevention and suppression of crimes, and at the same time, together with F, led the victim to approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
