Punishment of the crime

1. Points of violence;

2. 업무 방해의 점 피고인은 2016. 7. 9. 17:50 경부터 같은 날 18:20 경까지 포항시 남구 F에 있는 피해자 G이 운영하는 식당에서 술에 취해 그 곳 안으로 들어가 “ 소주 가지고 와 ”라고 큰소리로 말하자 피해 자로부터 “ 술에 많이 취해 있는 것 같은데 오늘은 돌아가고 다음에 오라” 는 말을 들었다는 이유로 피해자에게 “ 사람 골라서 술 파나, 이 씹할.” 이라고 욕설을 하면서 발로 그 곳 의자를 차고, 그 곳 손님들에게 “ 뭘 쳐다봐, 새끼야 ”라고 욕설을 하면서 그 곳 식당 안을 돌아다니면서 출입구를 막아 그 곳을 들어 오려는 손님들이 들어오지 못하게 함으로써 위력으로 피해자의 식당 영업...
