A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On June 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on June 10, 2018, entered the fluencies of marijuana purchased from U.S. A. S. A. A. in the Republic of Korea (U.S.), and imported marijuana by arriving at the Incheon International Airport Port located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and passing through the customs search stand.

2. On June 20, 2018, around 09:50, the Defendant kept the hemp plants for smoking by inserting approximately 6.62g of hemp in a white plastic bag in the Egymnasium on the Egymnasium D and C, at around 09:50, a green plastic box located therein.

3. On June 12, 2018, the Defendant smoked in the hemp plant by inserting the hemp plant’s influor of the glass material into the fluor of fluor of the hemp plant, attaching the fluor of the fluor of the fluor of the fluor of the fluor of the fluor of the fluor of the fluor of the fluor of the fluor of the b and the b

4. On June 18, 2018, the Defendant, along with I and J, smoked the hemp plant in the same manner as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 3 at late night and around June 18, 2018.
