1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than five years and by a fine not exceeding thirty thousand won.
The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

A and D are the trade name "Z" on the 1st underground floor of the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Y Building; the name "AB" on the 1st underground floor of the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Y Building; the term "AB" on the 1st underground floor of the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City hereinafter referred to as "AB"; the person who was in charge of investor recruitment management, female employees (hereinafter referred to as "IB"; hereinafter referred to as "IB")'s recruitment management, profit management, and operation of the IB's business; Defendant E invests in the above business; Defendant F is the person in charge of the management of the IB's 'AB'' and the person who was in charge of the above B's business', and the person who was in charge of the above B's daily sales and management, and the person who was in charge of the B's investment and management, and the person who was in charge of the B's daily sales and management, and the person who was in charge of the B's P's own business.

A. Defendant A’s violation of the Act on the Protection of Children’s Juveniles from Sexual Abuse and the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Etc. of Arranging Commercial Sex Acts (mediation of commercial sex acts, etc.), along with D around June 2014, the Defendant: (a) collected funds from G, H, and J, etc.; (b) provided facilities on the first floor of the building underground in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Y Building; and (c) operated the key room with the trade name called “Z” by inviting the head of office and the manager; and (d) provided them with the trade name “Z” on September 8, 2015 by receiving 65,000 won from a man whose name is unknown at around September 19, 2015 from June 20, 2014 to September 8, 2015.
