[2018 Highest 3593] Defendant A, B, C, D, E, and F G are operators of “Y” located on the first floor X-1, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, who installed 13 smuggling along with the rain and facility and operated as sexual traffic business establishments.

C From April 1, 2018 to May 17, 2018, Defendant D served as an employee of the said business establishment from March 2018 to May 17, 2018, Defendant E served as an employee of each of the said business establishment from January 2018 to May 17, 2018, and Defendant F served as an employee of the said business establishment, such as guidance for customers of sexual traffic. Defendant F served as an employee of the said business establishment from March 1, 2017 to April 4, 2018.

According to the aforementioned division of roles, the Defendants conspired to operate a commercial sex business establishment by receiving 13-200,000 won from male customers who have found advertisements, etc. inserted in A’s trade name in the “Z”, which is the commercial sex trade advertising site, and by allowing sexual traffic women to investigate into the sexual organ of male guests by hand or sexual intercourse.

On April 4, 2018, the Defendants: (a) directed police officers who pretended to be customers on April 19:45, 2018 to receive commercial sex acts and to have sexual intercourse with AB, AC; (b) directed police officers who pretended to be customers on May 17, 2018 to receive commercial sex acts and to have sexual intercourse with AD, AB, and AE for the same business for each of the above periods.
