1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs:

(a) remove the buildings listed in Attachment No. 3;

(b) Appendix 1.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 9, 1983, E and F obtained approval for use for the stores listed in the attached Table 2 (hereinafter “instant store”) newly constructed on the land listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”). The Defendant owned the instant store after completing the registration of ownership preservation for the instant store on June 7, 1985.

B. G purchased the instant land from E and F on June 4, 1989 and 94.40 square meters in a reinforced concrete sloping roof shop located thereon, and completed the transfer registration on June 17, 1989.

(The registration of ownership preservation has not been completed for the above stores, and on June 17, 1989, the registration of ownership transfer has been completed through the registration of ownership preservation in the E and F names.

G was extended on August 6, 1993 by 87.78 square meters of a house corresponding to the third floor of the instant store, and completed the registration to change the indication of title on the register on the 94.40 square meters of a reinforced concrete sloping roof store on the instant land into a building listed in the attached Table 2, and as G died on March 20, 206, the Plaintiff A, his wife, succeeded to 3/5 shares among the instant land and the buildings listed in the attached Table 2, and the 2/5 shares among each of the instant real estate by Plaintiff B, his wife, his wife, succeeded to 3/5 shares among the instant real estate and the buildings listed in the attached Table 2.

On the other hand, the defendant is a volunteer organization composed of volunteers who contribute to the promotion of world understanding and peace through humanitarian activities. The former owners E, F, and the plaintiffs' predecessor G were all members of the defendant.
