A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the side player of C University, is the Victim D(19), E(19), F(19), G(20), and H(18) as the side player of C University.

1. Points of special violence and violence;
