A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant served as a consul of D in the Republic of Korea from April 3, 2015, and was dismissed from office on November 6, 2017, and the Victim E (V, 1986) served as a consul of D consul from December 24, 2015 to a consul of D in the Republic of Korea (administrative staff).

1. Violence;

A. On March 28, 2016, the Defendant, at around March 28, 2016, assaulted the victim on one occasion his/her left hand in his/her possession, at the office of consul general of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the “general consul office”) of DNA consul 3 in the Republic of Korea, where the Japanese Republic of Korea Republic of Korea, is located in the Seoul Hokkdo F, and assaulted the victim on one occasion of his/her occupational loss.
