Criminal facts

B, C, and D have intentionally hospitalized a traffic accident at a hospital and proposed that E, F, and Defendant be charged with committing a crime, and also had the intent to commit an insurance fraud (hereinafter “Defendant, etc.”). The Defendant, etc., according to the foregoing mother, at the parking lot adjacent to the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, around August 13, 2014, parked the vehicle at H, F, and Defendant in the above place, and parked the vehicle at H, F, and Defendant, while driving the vehicle at ItoxG, and parked the vehicle at the front of the above franchise, while driving the vehicle at the ItoxG, E calls the vehicle at a phone number in front of the ToxG car getting out of the vehicle, and then deducted the vehicle from C and the above vehicle by intention.

C has received insurance in the victim's malicious life insurance (state) as the traffic accident occurred on the job due to negligence.

Accordingly, the defendant et al. conspired to deception the victim and receive 1,100,000 won from the victim, E to the new bank account in the name of the principal on August 19, 2014, and the same year.

9.5. Payment of 289,860 Won for medical expenses in the J's and new bank accounts, D, in the same year.

8. Upon receipt of F’s payment of KRW 1,100,000 as agreed upon with the F’s new bank account on November 14, 199, the Defendant received KRW 289,770 for medical expenses with J-type and new bank account on November 14, 199, and the Defendant received the same year.

8. 19. Payment of 1,100,000 won agreed upon with a new bank account in the name of the principal, with the payment of 57,790 won for medical expenses to the K Hospital Enterprise Bank account on October 8 of the same year, and F, with the payment of 57,790 won;

8. The same year upon receipt of payment of KRW 1,100,000 per agreement with a new bank account in the name of the principal;

9.5. The payment of treatment costs of KRW 290,650 to the J-type and a new bank account was received and the sum of KRW 5,328,070 was obtained.
