Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants conspired with C to receive insurance money after disguised payment due to traffic accidents using fake delivery c.

On November 21, 2015, at the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Housing Price, the Defendants drive the E-wheeled Vehicle, and C took place in the F-wheeled Vehicle with Defendant B, and had Defendant A receive insurance from the Korea-U.S. non-life insurance company, i.e., the Defendant A, by making a telephone call to the shop where he was working, and had Defendant A receive insurance from the Korea-U.S. non-life insurance company, as the traffic accident occurred.

Accordingly, on November 27, 2015, the Defendants conspired to deceptiond the damaged insurance company and received 650,000 won agreed upon from the damaged insurance company, and on December 15, 2015, C received 650,000 won from the new bank account. On December 15, 2015, Defendant B received 890,000 won agreed upon with the bank account in Korea. On December 03, 200, Defendant B received 890,000 won from the bank account in Korea, and paid 237,300 won for the treatment expenses to G 21 December 21, 201 of the same year. On November 30, 2015, Defendant B received 200,000 won for the repair expenses of the F wheels with the account of the Industrial Bank account of the Federation of Dials (State) and acquired H the same sum by deceiving 528,005,285,885 won.
