A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On July 2015, the Defendant purchased marijuana and received approximately two gs from F to F in return for the purchase of marijuana in the vicinity of the E Station in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, and paid KRW 300,000 in cash, from August 13, 2016, up to five times, as indicated in the list of crimes (1) below, and purchased approximately 34g of marijuana in total, and KRW 4 million in cash, and received approximately 5g of marijuana without compensation.

On July 31, 2015, the Defendant purchased an investigation report (No. 5750,000 on October 31, 2015, where it is impossible to identify the place not exceeding the area of Sungnam-si, Manam-si, Macman on October 2015, 201, 3450,00 F 4,00 F 121,00 on April 31, 2016, where it is impossible to identify the place not exceeding the area of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Machan-si, Macon on April 31, 2016, around 121,00,00, F 5,000 on May 31, 2016, 203, 35,531, 2037, as the Defendant purchased an investigation report (No. 5750,000,50,000,000).

2. On September 2015, the Defendant sold marijuana, at his house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul H and 501, and received approximately KRW 1 g of marijuana and KRW 1.50,000 in return, from around August 2016, the Defendant: (a) sold marijuana 6gs to I, J and K for six occasions, as indicated in the list of offenses (2) below, and sold it in cash 850,000 won.
