1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of three years and a fine of twenty million won;
2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
To the extent that it does not interfere with the defendant's right of defense, part of the facts charged was appropriately revised.
In September 2018, the Defendant recruited a purchaser by advertising through the Social Relations Network Services (hereinafter “SNS”) at the C coffee shop located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, 2018, and then saved marijuana to the purchaser at a location that is not opened in the body of the purchaser’s location (e.g., air conditioners outside the air conditioners), and then inform the purchaser of the location and find marijuana. The Defendant sold marijuana under the e.g., by selling it under the e., “Sece..”, sold it, and avoided the tracking of the investigative agency by receiving payment from the purchaser without receiving the payment from the purchaser using the e.g., “S.-mail”, and the Defendant served as a delivery agent using the e.g., to procure the accounts to be used in the crime of drinking and marijuana, and to have the purchaser take charge of the e.g., delivery of the e., by using the e., delivery method.
