A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around September 2015, the Defendant was married with B, and the victim C (the family name, the female, the age of 18) and the victim D (the age of 17) are children of the above B, and all of the victims were disabled persons of Grade III with intellectual disability. The Defendant is the father of the victims, and the Defendant, B, and the victims were living in the Young-gu E Apartment from September 2015.

1. On September 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes against the Victim C (Indecent Act by compulsion of the disabled) and the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act by compulsion of the disabled) against the victim: (a) said that the victim was living in a bend within the inside of the residence on Sundays around September 2019; (b) made the victim enter the victim’s inside the inside and outside of the inside of the said inside; (c) let the victim lick the victim; (d) said the victim lick the victim; (e) said the victim’s chest and tamp with his/her finger; and (e) said, (e) said victim’s fingers were forced by force into the panty of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force on the victim's relatives and committed an indecent act on the victim who has a physical or mental disability at the same time.

2. On September 2019, the Defendant, who violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes against the Victim D, violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, and violated the Act on the Protection, etc. of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by force by force), was placed on the victim’s chest, who was coming to the victim’s inside and outside of the said residence on Sundays around September 2019 and was placed on the victim’s side to the effect that “heat cry” and “Anal cry cry cry cry cry cry cry cryp” were placed on the victim’s inside and outside of the said residence.

Accordingly, the defendant is a child or juvenile who has a physical or mental disability, and at the same time commits an indecent act against the victim's relatives.
