The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal that the court below rendered against the defendant (2 million won of fine and 40 hours of sexual assault treatment programs) is too unfluent and unfair.

2. In full view of the following circumstances: (a) the Defendant’s confessions of the facts charged, reflects the facts charged, and is likely to not repeat the offense; (b) the frequency and degree of the indecent act; and (c) the Defendant’s age, environment, occupation, occupation, family relationship; (b) circumstances leading to the instant crime; and (c) circumstances after the commission of the crime, etc., the sentence imposed by the lower court is deemed unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the prosecutor's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
