A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From 200 to 200, the Defendant was legally spouse, who was demanded by the victim from around April 2014 that he had been in an internal relationship with the victim C (the age of 55) and had been in an internal relationship with the victim, and was able to fluen the victim’s body photograph, etc. in his home and place of work.
1. On June 14, 2014, the Defendant attached the victim’s photo printed in knife on A4 paper to the front of the victim’s house located in the Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun, and attached the victim’s knife to the main gate of the said victim.
Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out facts.
2. On June 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated “A4-year de facto marriage” in the title “A4-year de facto marriage with computers using computers in his/her own residence in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) stated “A4-year de facto marriage for the period of 13 years”; (c) stated the victim’s home number, home address, vehicle number, workplace number, resident number; (d) stated the victim’s phone number, address, and vehicle number to marry with the victim; and (e) written the victim’s home number, address, and vehicle number to enter the victim’s home address, address, and vehicle number; and then, (e) written the front page along with the victim’s home page where the victim’s family members live in the victim’s family by mail on the same day; and (e) sent the front page to the victim’s relative house located in Gyeongnam Kim-gu, where the victim’s family members live.
In addition, the Defendant sent the above leaflet to G (Medical Care Center) and Daegu H Hospital where the victim had worked in front of the day by facsimile, and sent the above leaflet to the IB Hospital where not only the victim had worked in front of the day but also the above F F's relatives scheduled to marry with the victim.
However, in fact, the victim did not have any contact with the defendant, and did not have any contact with the defendant.
Accordingly, the defendant set forth a false fact.
