A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

In 2010, the Defendant got the victim C(M, 61) who was living in the Daegu City.

1. Around August 2012, the Defendant took a photograph of the body of the victim, using a camera, without the victim C’s permission, at a guest room located in the “Eel” zone located in P on the racing-si. Around August 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a camera, etc. of Sexual Crimes).

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause a sense of sexual shame by using a camera, against his will.

2. Before October 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 2013, at the time of the victim’s refusal to comply with the request, the Defendant: (b) reported that C was friendly with other males; (c) used the body pictures of the victim taken as described in paragraph (1) to threaten the victim, while the victim was able to comply with the request; (d) around October 4, 2015, at the “OO mountain conference”, the victim was going to go to go against the victim; and (d) reported that C was friendly with other males.

On October 8, 2015, the Defendant called the victim's cell phone with the victim's cell phone, saying, "I see the body pictures to the members of the mountain conference and the apartment residents living with four times, if I am, and find the son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son'

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim.

3. On November 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the “OOO mountain conference” around November 22, 2015, reported that the victim C was friendly with another male; (b) disclosed the victim’s b body pictures taken by the said mountain conference to the public, as described in paragraph (1), to inform the victim of the fact that the victim had sexual intercourse with the Defendant.

On November 23, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime on November 23, 2015, in the “G danran bar” located in the racing market on November 23, 2015, and is above.
