A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

An applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

The facts charged were partly revised according to facts obtained through the examination of evidence to the extent that it does not materially disadvantage the defendant's defense right.

1. The Defendant violated the Oil Pipeline Safety Control Act related to “C gas station” purchased the “C gas station” located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, where the pipelines managed by B are laid underground, and sold the ground and sold the ground, and installed oil facilities for drilling and managed by the said construction.

The Defendant together with F, from the end of May 2017 to August 30, 2017, opened a valve of high pressure sprink connected from oil pipelines using oil facilities installed as seen above, and moves oil being transported from oil pipelines into oil pipelines by means of the said oil tank to the oil tank for storage of the said oil station, and thereby, KRW 30,00-liter of gasoline equivalent to the market price of the victim G Co., Ltd. owned by the said Corporation 39,660,000, market price of KRW 55,947,000.
