1. The Defendant (Appointed Party) shall:
A. The delivery of building Nos. 204 from the Plaintiff A as stated in the [Attachment List No. 1].
Reasons
1. The facts below the basis of facts do not conflict between the parties, or may be found in each entry in Gap evidence 1 to 5 (including branch numbers; hereinafter the same shall apply) by reference to the whole purport of the pleadings.
The Plaintiffs entered into a lease agreement with the designated party who was the owner of the building listed in the attached list No. 1 (hereinafter “instant building”) on each of the units listed in the table No. 1 as listed below among the instant buildings, or renewed the lease agreement already entered into with regard to the relevant units as listed in the table No. 1 as follows:
(E) The Plaintiffs: (a) each of the lease agreements and renewal agreements entered into with the designated parties (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant lease agreements”; (b) No. 1 A during the lease term from February 24, 201 to February 5, 2004 to October 6, 2000 to October 6, 2004; (c) C 3/400 from October 15, 200 to 303/60 from January 28, 201 to 304 from February 205 to 206/40 from February 6, 201 to 204: (a) 205/40 from February 24, 201 to 206/40 from February 20, 200 to 305; and (b) 18/40 from February 24, 201 to 18/40 from July 20, 201 to 204.
B. Although the lease term expires on August 15, 2010, Plaintiff H failed to refund the lease deposit from the designated party. On December 17, 2010, Plaintiff H applied for the order of lease registration as Seoul Western District Court 2010Kaga1960 on December 17, 2010, and the above court completed the registration of the house lease registration as to 502 of the instant building on December 21, 2010 under the order of lease registration as of December 30, 2010, the Seoul Western District Court Seodaemun-gu District Court’s Seodaemun-gu Office of Registration No. 43882 on December 30, 201, and at that time delivered 502 of the instant building to the designated party.
C. After that, Plaintiff H is related to the building of this case to the Seoul Western District Court M on August 19, 201 based on the claim to return the deposit for lease on or around August 19, 201.
