Punishment of the crime

On August 12, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for fraud or 2 years of probation in the Changwon District Court Msan Branch on August 12, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 20, 2014, and was under suspension of execution. On November 27, 2014, the same court was sentenced to a fine of 2 million won for the same crime. On July 10, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of 50,000 won for the same crime in the same court.

On July 29, 2015, at around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) visited the Defendant’s house located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si C; (b) visited the Defendant’s smartphone to the Defendant’s website “Jafenaver.com/joint venture”, and contacted the Defendant with the Defendant, “I want to have the right to accommodation of the Telidine” located in the Victim D.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.
