Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service, etc. according to the classification of types and areas of mountainous districts prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, on December 15, 201, the Defendant, without obtaining permission for conversion of a mountainous district, changed the form and quality of a mountainous district of 670 square meters in total, by allowing C to put dump trucks and excavation search devices into the neighboring mountainous district of 330 square meters in the same mountainous district B, and by allowing G from Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Da, E, and F to create a 340 square meters of the same mountainous district as an access road using a gallon car on December 15, 201, thereby converting the form and quality of a mountainous district of 670 square meters in total.
