Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to revise matters to be permitted to divert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service, etc. according to the classification of the mountainous district and size prescribed by Presidential Decree

Nevertheless, without obtaining permission from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service, etc., the Defendant converted a mountainous district into a cemetery site and a work by using a 1,297 square meters of the above mountainous district from a day in the mountainous district B of Incheon pole-gun, Incheon, Incheon, without permission.
