1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 63,259,600 as well as KRW 34,690,680 among them, from October 5, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. According to each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6, facts such as the entry of the reasons for the claim in the annexed sheet are recognized.
2. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the balance of the principal and interest of KRW 63,259,600 and the principal of KRW 34,690,680 among them, delay damages at the rate of 17% per annum from October 5, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the start-up of the final delay damages.
