1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 29,09,943 and KRW 22,535,040 among them, from May 3, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. According to the evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 7, it is recognized that the facts are the same as the entries in the cause of the claim in the separate sheet. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from May 3, 2016 to the date of full payment of the final damages for delay with respect to KRW 29,09,943 of the balance of the principal and interest of the obligation as of May 2, 2016 and the balance of principal KRW 22,535,040 of the principal.

2. Accordingly, the Plaintiff’s claim is accepted in entirety.
