Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a relationship between the victim B (n, 50 years of age) and the victim C from December 2017 to about one year, living together with the victim's house located in Yong-gu Seoul for about one year.

1. Violence;

A. On August 5, 2018, at around 21:00 on August 5, 2018, the Defendant parked the Defendant’s E-car on the 920 road located in Yong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and assaulted the victim’s face on two occasions due to the victim’s oral answer.

2. Intimidation;

A. Between 00:08 and 00:14 on August 6, 2018, the Defendant is the cell phone of the victim on the ground that the victim escaped from the G building H of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City (the “Fence around August 12:08, 2018” stated in the indictment appears to be a clerical error).
