A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B(n, 35 years old) are married in 2009, and they are currently married couple in a divorce lawsuit.

1. On February 20, 2016, the Defendant assaulted on February 20, 2016, on the following grounds: (a) on the residence in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Ulsan Metropolitan City, for the reason that the victim had his first child take English lessons; (b) on the ground that the victim had her first child take lessons in the English language, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s bucks by sending bucks to the bucks; and (c) on the part of the victim, the victim’s shoulders and arms.

2. 3. Crimes committed on September 26, 2018;

A. On September 26, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s body by hand on the ground that the victim did not work properly at the location set forth in paragraph 2 of this Article, on the ground that he did not work properly.
