A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 31, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 03:56 on January 31, 2013, the Defendant: (b) performed drinking in front of the Victim D'E operated by the victim D in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (c) performed drinking in front of the F, and (d) took a well look at the front of the F, and made it possible for the head to live well in the future; and (d) caused the damage of the repair cost by putting the entrance door of the said Western parking lot several times, thereby damaging the market value.

2. Performance of official duties;

3. 모욕 피고인은 그 후 대구 중구 K에 있는 H지구대에서 위 1.항 피해자 D와 경사 I 등이 있는 가운데 그곳에 있던 중앙경찰학교 실습생 피해자 L에게 “이 씨발년아, 니는 내한테 보지 벌릴 준비나 해라, 개 같은 년아"라고 소리치고, 이어서 같은 지구대 소속 경위 피해자 M와 경사 피해자 N에게 “야이 씨발놈들아, 너거들은 내 때문에 봉 잡은 거니까 나를 O이처럼 한번 스타 만들어봐라”, “이 씨발 파출소 좆밥 새끼들아, 뭐 쳐다보노, 눈깔을 확 뽑아뿔라”라고 소리쳐 피해자들을 공연히 모욕하였다.
