[Ground of recognition] Facts without dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5, Eul evidence Nos. 1, 3 and 4, and the purport of the whole pleadings
2. The assertion and judgment
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion was believed to believe that it had originally Islamic intercourse, but, around 2003, the Plaintiff joined the Republic of Korea as a linguology.
The plaintiff, around 2007, told the family members of his family about the opening of his natives. Around that time, the plaintiff stated this fact to a few members of his natives.
After that, the plaintiff was threatened with murder by several telephones from the people who were in fire, and the plaintiff was also threatened with murder by two persons who were in fire in 208.
In addition, the plaintiff, after leaving Morocco in 2013, listened to the statement that police was demanded to attend from Morocco, which seems to be due to the fact that the plaintiff was opening to Morocco in Morocco.
Morocco is a Islamic country, and is a Islamic world court, such as Pakistan (Fatwa) that is punished by death penalty.
