A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

From March 1, 2013 to December 18, 2013, the Defendant served as a teacher for a fixed-term working period in charge of the first and second grade English classes in the E High School located in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and a part-time teacher for a fixed-term working period in charge of the second grade English classes, who was in charge of the preparation of English questions at the end of the second grade and the second grade in the above school around November 2013.

1. On November 2013, the Defendant decided to work as an instructor at the said E-high school’s part-time teaching staff system in consultation with the “GAD”) and the interested parties in the “IADD” located in Seo-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
