1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 50,000,000 won and 5% per annum from October 1, 201 to December 7, 2017.

According to the purport of Gap evidence No. 1 and all pleadings, defendant Eul agreed to pay 50 million won to the plaintiff on September 3, 201, by September 30, 2011, and defendant Eul guaranteed the above debt by the joint and several surety.

The defendants asserted that creditors, including the plaintiff, and five buildings located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on June 20, 2013 agreed to pay in substitutes, but it is not sufficient to acknowledge the evidence Nos. 3 and 4 alone, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning.
