1.(a)
The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) Educational Foundation E shall be KRW 6,000,000 and the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) Educational Foundation.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the parties is Plaintiff A and B as the associate professor at K University; Plaintiff C as the associate professor at K University; and Plaintiff D as the full-time lecturer at K University.
Defendant Educational Foundation E (hereinafter “Defendant Educational Institute”) is the K University, the school foundation operating the L University, and Defendant F, G, H, and I are the faculty members of the K University. Defendant J is the faculty members of the L University.

Plaintiffs 1) Plaintiff B and C, along with M, shall be the Council of Professors of K University (hereinafter referred to as the “Council of Professors”) on March 19, 2013.
The Plaintiffs established the K University President N (hereinafter referred to as “N”) in the press while working as a representative or member of the Faculty Council.
(C) In addition, the Defendant’s private teaching institute and the Korea National University have continued to raise suspicions against the N and the Korea National University, as described in paragraph (1) of the same Article, through a joint name and interview. (c) The Defendant’s private teaching institute has received suspicions from both the inside and outside of the Republic of Korea and the press, etc. in relation to accounting management and the compilation and execution of budget in the course of operating a university under the name of the K University, including the K University.
2. The Ministry of Education, from February 10 to February 25, 2014, conducted a comprehensive audit of Defendant Private Teaching Institutes and KK University, and as a result of the audit, Defendant Private Teaching Institutes and KK University is inappropriate, for the personnel management of teachers, and for the improper compilation and enforcement of budget.
