1. The plaintiff's judgment as to the cause of the claim has damaged the plaintiff's reputation by broadcasting the contents of the plaintiff's and his family's privacy, and thus, the defendant is liable for damages suffered by the plaintiff. However, there is no evidence to acknowledge that the defendant sent the above contents of the broadcast, and the plaintiff's assertion is without merit.

2. As such, the plaintiff's claim shall be dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in its conclusion, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
