Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act at around 12:40 on May 6, 2010, driving B C 100 Obaba in front of a third lux restaurant located in the Young-gu, Young-gu, Seowon-si, which is located in the Young-si, the middle luxa, in the vicinity of the intersection of the postal concentration station.

A.
