Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants and E, one “F”, one “G”, and one “I” are Korean nationals residing in China’s nationality; one “H”, and one “I” are Chinese nationals; Defendant C, D and E are foreign nationals working in travel agencies such as Defendant B; H are the agents of Defendant B, and H are the agents of Defendant B, “F”, and “I” are Defendant B.
1. Defendant A, B, C, E, H, F, and G co-principaled Defendant B with intent to withdraw money by using the victim J himself/herself as an illegal aliens, and Defendant B directed Defendant B of all crimes, such as confirming the location of the victim and informing his/her accomplice, and Defendant B conspired with Defendant C and E, H, F, and G to act as intimidation on the spot.
On July 10, 2019, at around 19:30, the Defendants were entering the victim’s accommodation located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, by dividing the victim’s Kanchep and MKanchep, and informed Defendant B of the victim’s appearance through E. Defendant B.
