Punishment of the crime

around September 2017, Defendants, F, and G gather that they capture and distribute profits equally after entering the scam shop and E’s house located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, in a protection zone for air traffic control in the Jinhae-gun, which is located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and that those who are subject to punishment by the investigation agency on behalf of the captain (hereinafter referred to as “one-time acting captain”) and crew as captain of the J, and those who are on board as captain of the J, and those who are under command by the investigation agency on behalf of the captain of the vessel, and those who are under command by the investigation agency on behalf of the captain of the vessel. A. On October 5, 2017, the Defendants conspired with F, G, and captured approximately 30 km of the entire fish-line in collusion with F, and around October 21:50 on October 4, 2017, according to the distribution of the aforementioned roles at the luminous port located on the vibration of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendants on board K, F, and G, and without the permission of the commander of the jurisdictional unit, etc., and without the permission of the commander of the jurisdictional unit, etc., on October 5, 2017, the Defendants on the charge of the crime committed on October 5, 2017 entered the Jinhae-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the East Coast-si, and then captured approximately 30 km from the place to 02:28 on the same day by means of throwing the coastal net fishing gear.

As a result, the defendants enter the Jinhae Navy Control and Protection Zone in collusion with F and G without permission of the commander of the jurisdictional unit, etc., and marine animals and plants within the controlled protection zone.
