Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year in Busan District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 3, 2014.

1. On April 12, 2012, the Defendant: around 21:30 on April 12, 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) called “the victim D (hereinafter, 55 years of age), the head of the Busan Shipping Daegu C main office located in the Busan Shipping Daegu C main office; and (b) refused to call to “I would like to cause drinking alcohol”; (c) but, at around 22:00 on the same day, called “I would like to do so, I would like to do so, once I would like to do so, I would like to do so; (d) I would like to order the victim to enter the above C main office; (e) six (6) hours of entertainment loans to enjoy entertainment at around five (5) hours; and (e) had the victim D, the head of the Busan Shipping Daegu C main office; and (e) had the victim D (hereinafter, 55 years of age), who was able to use the victim’s physical belief and interest; and (e) had the Defendant refused to do so by raising the victim’s property value.

2. On April 13, 2012, the Defendant again asked the victim D to walk a telephone at around 22:00 on April 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) visited the above C main point to order the victim to take 2 soldiers and bees, etc.; (b) visited the victim to take entertainment with three amusement services; and (c) requested the victim to take entertainment with the drinking value as before the preceding day; and (d) write down the impression, “I do not have money; (c) I do not pay money; and (d) I do not request the Defendant to continue to pay the drinking value, if you want to use the fact that it is a sexual organized organized violence, thereby causing harm to the body or property of the victim.
