Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Cooperation to victims B (52 years of age);
A. On June 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 on June 5, 2014, around 01:0, 201: (b) around 01:0, the Defendant: (a) provided entertainment with entertainment reception facility; (b) paid 2.80,00 won to employees E working at the entertainment facility; and (c) provided the victim’s contact with the above E with the victim as to whether the victim was “(i) whether the victim is Class 1 or Class 2 or not, (ii) not having been employed; (iii) if the police reported, the suspension of business was suspended for a few months; and (iv) 50,00 won was added to the wall; and (iv) provided the victim with entertainment facility by being reported at the police station; and (v) provided the victim with an entertainment facility by being reported at the entertainment facility by himself/herself; and (v) provided the victim with an entertainment facility by being returned to the entertainment facility by 280,000 won.
B. On September 15, 2014, around 23:00 on September 15, 2014, the Defendant ordered alcohol at G karaoke room operated by the victim in North-gu, North-gu, Gwangju, by requesting the victim to attend a entertainment room and paid 3.20,000 won, such as the drinking value, to the victim after the victim took entertainment together with the entertainment reception receptionist, and then the victim paid the victim a c.20,000 won, including the drinking value. The Defendant, upon taking a c.m. on the table, sent the victim a c.m., “I wish to go against the operation of the machine, 4 hours, and 3.20,000 won, after deducting the 120,000 won from the c.m. price, 200,000 won to return the remaining c., how to employ the c.m. and the c., c. to report the c. to the victim.”
2. The Defendant, at around November 22, 2014, has contributed to the victim H (n, 64 years of age), at the Jnobya Bank located in Gwangju Northern-gu I on November 2, 2014.
