A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Three million won shall be additionally collected from a defendant.

The provisional payment of the amount equivalent to the above additional charges shall be made.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On November 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) purchased 4 disposable injection machines (4gg) for which approximately 1 gramphones purchased from E, among about 10 grams of 10 grams purchased from E, from which the trade name in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government is unknown; (b) around 23:00, the Defendant became aware of the trade name in Seocho-gu, Seoul; and (c) purchased 1g of gramphones purchased from E.

2. At around 23:10 on the same day, the Defendant put about about 0.03g of the chophonephones from E one time among the chophones, as described in paragraph 1, into a single-use injection machine, and melted the aquatic water as soon as possible, and administered them in a manner of injecting the blood to his left arms.

3. The Defendant purchased 400,000 won in cash to E and approximately 0.5 gramphonephones in front of a “I” restaurant located near H sand located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on January 21, 2012, on the day when the date of the middle order is unknown.

4. At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant put about about 0.03g of the phiphonephones purchased as described in paragraph 3 at the office of the Defendant in a single-use injection machine, and melted the birth water as soon as possible, and administered them to his left arms by means of infecting blood.

5. Around 20:00 on March 2012, the Defendant parked a MP5 car owned by the Defendant on the road in front of the “LM5 car” located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and purchased it by taking up one disposable injection machine with a cash of KRW 500,000,000 and a 1g of a philopon from E.

6. At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of medication once in a single-use injection machine, purchased as set forth in paragraph 5, and 1.03g of philophones, and melted by making the living water fast, and administered them in a way of injecting blood in his left arms.

7. Around 02:30 on February 21, 2013, the Defendant parked the Defendant’s car on the front road of the Seoul Jung-gu N, Jung-gu.
