A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On December 2012, the Defendant parked on the road side of Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, and administered approximately 0.1g of the psychotropic drugs purchased from upper lines D in a single-use injection machine, containing approximately 0.1g of the psychotropic drugs purchased from upper lines D in a single-use injection machine, melting the life of the Defendant as soon as possible, and administering them in one’s arms.

2. On February 2013, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.1gg of phiphonephones purchased from D into a single-use injection machine; (b) melting melting d’s growth rapidly; and (c) administered them in a way of injecting d’s blood transfusion into his arms.

3. On March 2013, the Defendant, at the office of “H” in the operation of the Defendant in Seoul Special Self-Governing Party G, put approximately 0.1g of the upper phiphones received from the upper line I into a single-use injection machine and melted the growth water as soon as possible, and administered them in one’s arms.

4. On March 13, 2013, the Defendant parked in the K parking lot located in the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of the phiphones purchased from I in a single-use injection machine, and melted the growth water as soon as possible, and administered them in one’s arms.

5. On March 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03g of the penphones purchased from D into a single-use injection machine; and (b) melted the birth water as soon as possible, and administered them in one’s arms.
