Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Due to E in Busan, which is operated by the defendant as well as the victim C, there was a dispute with the ordinary victim on the ground that the sale and purchase of the land owned by the defendant adjacent to the above temple was not properly conducted, and the sound of the neck was damaged.

On March 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) made up of 20 hack pipes around the above E in the ground with a 20 string pole, installed the string box at a height of 5 meters on the string; and (b) prevented the general public from reporting the signboards in a manner that does not seem to be cut off; and (c) obstructed the victim’s operation of the Section 1 by force.
