Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall make a false indication of the place of origin or make an indication likely to cause confusion as to such products.
The Defendant purchased 374km from May 21, 2015 to September 3, 2015 at KRW 2,730,200 per kg, for a total of KRW 730,200 per kg, with the trade name of “D” put in Sinsan-si. The Defendant marked 374km on the bulletin board of Sinsan-si, which was a large number of 2 main bulletin boards of Sinsan-si, and 374km, or marked on the bulletin board of Sinsan-si, which was located on the bulletin board of Sinsan-si, with the country of origin of 32,00,00,000 won per 7,30,000 won per kg, two or more. The Defendant marked on the bulletin board of Sinsan-si, one of which was placed on the window of Sinsan-si, and marked on the bulletin board of Sinsan-si, one of the above domestic aviation or one of the concerns.
