A shall be punished by imprisonment of one year and four months and by a fine of thirty million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person operating G E in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul and Osan City F, and Defendant B is a person in charge of the sale, etc. of livestock products at the above G Mart Corner.

No person shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to the origin.

1. On July 10, 2017, the Defendants committed the joint crime of the Defendants: (a) from the above G Mtet Co., Ltd., Defendant A directed Defendant B to sell the foreign swine scrap to the Republic of Korea; (b) Defendant B, in accordance with the above instructions, installed an advertising board, such as “a single swine insertion,” and displayed a CD with the indication of origin “domestic acid,” indicating the origin,” on the following occasions: (c) 2.7 km; (d) 2.7 km; 10.8 km; 10.6 km; and (c) 0.6 km; and (d) 17.3 km; and (d) 17.3 km; and 10.7 km; and 10.6 km; and (d) 10.6 km.

From July 2015 to August 2017, the Defendants purchased a foreign swine machine from the domestic industry of 11,502 km in a foreign country (U.S., Mexico), foreign currency (the Netherlands, Mexico, U.S., and Canadian delivery), and sold it to 7050 g of 107.75 g of 197,000 on the total imported swine machine from 14,038 g of Belgium, 1500 g of 24,038 g, 321 g, 321 g, 197 g, 197 g, 197 g, and 197 g, 1975 g., 300.7 g., 305 g., the Defendants made a false indication of the origin to the domestic consumers.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to indicate the country of origin in collusion.

2. The Defendant committed the crime of Defendant A on May 24, 2017: (a) installed an advertising board, such as “the overlapped insertion of one money” in the above E; and (b) installed 11 km for the overlap of Mexico A pigs; (c) 4 km for Mexico A pigs of Mexico; and (d) 6.3 km for the overlap of Mexico A pigs.
