Punishment of the crime

[ 공모관계] 성명 불 상의 보이스 피 싱 조직원들은 C를 총책으로 하여 필리핀 벵케트 주 바기오 시티 바 카 켕 D(D, Bakakeng, Baguio City, benguet, Philippines) 등지에 콜 센터 등을 설치하고 국내에 있는 불특정 다수의 피해자들에게 검사와 수사관 등을 사칭하여 금원을 송금 받는 ‘ 피 싱 책’, 위 금원을 송금 받을 타인 명의의 계좌의 통장 등( 일명‘ 대포 통장’) 을 모집하는 ‘ 장 팀’, 국내에서 위 대포 통장을 수거하고 피해 자로부터 송금 받은 피해 금을 현금으로 인출하는 ‘ 현장 팀’ 등으로 역할을 분담하고, 피고인은 2016. 1. 경 지인인 E을 통해 알게 된 위 C의 제안에 따라 보이스 피 싱 범행에 가담하여 ‘ 피 싱 책 ’으로서 피해자들에게 검찰청 수사관을 사칭하는 역할을 하여 보이스 피 싱 범행에 가담하기로 위 보이스 피 싱 조직원들과 순차 공모하였다.
