A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of injury, etc. at the Busan District Court. On November 11, 2016, the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Busan District Court. On December 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor due to fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court, and on September 11, 2017, the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Busan District Court.

[Criminal facts]

1. On March 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) found convenience points for the operation of the Victim D in Seongbuk-gun, Seongbuk-gun on March 19:2, 2018; and (b) did not provide credit to the injured party on the same day; and (c) on the ground that the injured party did not provide credit.

"The electronic calculator, which was placed above the calculation stand in the convenience store, was damaged to the extent that the amount of 50,000 won of the repair cost is damaged by placing one of the electronic calculator POS on the floor, and the market price was 5,000 won of the 5,000 won of the lottery display stand in the floor and 12 a single calculator equivalent to the market price was destroyed.

3. On March 22, 2018, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender under suspicion of assaulting D with the above convenience store proprietor at the time, place, and the above convenience store at around 19:50 on March 22, 2018.

On the same day, the Defendant transferred to the situation room of the Sungju Police Station located in 251 in the Sungju Police Station in the 21:46 Sungju-gun, Seongbuk-gun, Sungju-gun, and then J(31) of the police box to which the Defendant belongs.
