The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On March 7, 2017, around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) was parked in the third floor parking lot of the 3rd floor underground of the Dong-dong, Busan Metropolitan City (U.S.), which became a parking problem; (b) when D and D's cream was taken the floor by hand, and assaulted three times to the development of D's way toward D.

2. Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act applicable to the facts charged for judgment: A judgment dismissing a victim's non-guilty declaration of intention not to prosecute on September 4, 2018, which was after the prosecution under Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act (Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act)
