A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 27, 2014, the Defendant prepared a false statement about the D apartment guard E who had worked until March 26, 2014 as security guards and the representative director G who had employed the Defendant at the time, using a black pen at the Defendant’s home located in Yangju City C, 201 Dong 401.

The above petition contains the following: “The representative director of the Defendant E and F, who is the Defendant E and F, has forged a letter of resignation in the name of the complainant on March 26, 2014, and thus punished.” The above letter of resignation was signed and sealed directly by the Defendant, and there was no fact that the said E or F’s representative director G was forged.

Nevertheless, on October 30, 2014, the defendant submitted the above written petition to a slope H at the office of the Gyeonggi-do Economic Team of the Gyeonggi Police Station located in 1699 in the Yangju-si, Yangju-si.

Accordingly, the defendant was dismissed for the purpose of having the representative director G of E and F receive criminal punishment.

The defendant's false complaint is that he/she forged the above resignation despite the defendant's direct signature and seal on the resignation in this case. The defendant's false complaint interferes with the appropriate exercise of the state's criminal justice authority and is at risk of being punished unfairly.
