A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a director of F Co., Ltd. established for the purpose of excreta treatment business, etc. in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, who takes charge of business affairs, such as receiving orders from construction companies related to the method of treatment of excreta treatment facilities in Yong-Nam, such as Gyeongnambuk-do;

G was appointed as a public official of the HH on November 20, 1975 (Grade 9) and promoted to an administrative officer on February 28, 2001 (Grade 5), and thereafter, the head of the HH headquarters environment division was in charge of all environmental-related affairs, such as the installation, maintenance, and management of environmental facilities, from July 3, 2009 to August 1, 201, and in particular, he/she was in charge of the affairs related to the installation of the livestock excreta public disposal facilities ordered by the H military office.

On the other hand, the Gyeongnam-do Office established a plan for the installation of livestock excreta public disposal facilities on February 17, 2009 and completed the formulation of the basic plan through the Hansung Development Corporation on December 31, 2009, established a plan for the establishment of the promotional direction through the financial project method and other construction projects on July 9, 2010, and established the plan for the establishment of the promotional direction through the above public tender method on September 2010, designated the general office of the corporation as the basic and working design service provider on September 2010, after the public announcement of the guidance for the submission of the technical proposal for treatment method on December 2, 2010, after completing the economic evaluation of the method of treatment of each disposal company that submitted the technical proposal on December 20, 2010, and after holding the deliberation committee for the selection of technical treatment method on December 22, 2010 to select the corporation as the public law company holding the BCF method.
