Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant of special intimidation, on December 28, 2015, on the ground that the time for returning home of the victim C (n, 49 years of age) located in Busan Jin-gu B, Busan, 102 Dong 604 on December 28, 2015, is late, the Defendant saw the victim into a knife knife (32 cm in total length, 20 cm in length) which is a dangerous thing at the kitchen kitchen, and the victim’s knife is unnecessary.
