A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:00 on February 17, 2020, the Defendant: (a) expressed that he would throw away knife knife (27cm in total, 14cm in length) from his own dwelling room of Ulsan-gu apartment apartment C, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu; and (b) expressed his knife knife as the knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife.
