A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 2018, the Defendant violated the National Sports Promotion Act (Gambling, etc.) established an illegal sports earth site. B established an illegal sports earth site; B takes charge of the production and overall management of an illegal sports earth site server at the city of Vietnam Ho-nam Ho, and C takes charge of site operation expenses of KRW 30 million and its site management with investments and B; the Defendant was recruited to take charge of “total sales” and to recruit members of the said site at Vietnam and Korea, respectively.

Since then, around March 2019, C promised D to make an investment of KRW 20 million in the site operating expenses as the site operating expenses and divided 1/3 each.

According to the above public offering from October 13, 2018 to January 8, 2020, the Defendant opened and operated E (i.e., change from F and G) an illegal sports soil site at the office located in Vietnam, and transferred money from the members affiliated with the site using the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number: I) in the name of the limited liability company and the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number:K) in the name of the limited liability company J, to receive money from the members affiliated with the site, and filled cyber money at a rate of 1:1, and filling cyber money at a rate of 1:1, and the members receive money from the members affiliated with the site at least 5,00 won at least one time in the form of betting, 50,000 won, 50,000 won in cash, and 50,000,000 won in the form of money generated from the domestic and overseas sports games posted on the site, and then, 5,000,000 won in the form of betting, 5,00,000,00,00 won in the cyber money.
